You can give intentionally to help a student close learning gaps perpetuated by our recent pandemic or other life circumstances that impact their ability to thrive in the classroom.

We believe that true equity can be achieved as we seek the heart of God regarding restoration and racial reconciliation, but no matter your faith or spiritual beliefs, every person can contribute to creating a more equitable society.
Our desire is to come alongside schools, churches, organizations, corporations, families and communities in order to help them create and sustain cultures and practices that support racial equality.
We are focused on raising the funds needed to support our R.I.S.E. Education Program.

Our R.I.S.E. (Reimagining Individualized Student Education) Program is currently supporting tutoring initiatives in America in their work with elementary and middle school children.
We’ve completed two of four curriculum cycles for our program (Cycles 1 & 2). Our current goal is to now complete our Cycle 3 elementary and middle school curriculums as we partner with tutors, schools, and parents in their work to overcome learning deficits caused by the COVID-19 pandemic or other barriers to education experienced by marginalized students.
In order to accomplish this, the goal is to raise $5,800 ($200 x 28 curriculum lessons) by the end of August 2023.
I’m confident that we can make that happen by raising the funds needed!
Our fundraising goal is to raise $5,800 by summer 2023.
There are two ways you can give:
Be a General Donor: Any person giving a financial gift between $1 – $200.
Be a Matching Gift Donor: Any person that desires to give a finacial gift of $400 – $5,000.
A gift of $200 pays for 1 completed lesson
A gift of $1,000 supports 5 completed lessons
A gift of $ 2,000 supports 10 completed lessons

Our R.I.S.E. Reading Curriculum has been written for 3rd and 6th grade reading levels, which are important placement testing years for students.
In order to meet the needs of students in other grades, we currently scaffold our curriculum to address their specific academic support needs.

Your donation will help us add the following to our program:
Complete all 4 Curriculum Cycles
Both our elementary and middle school curriculums cycle through four years of content, which keeps a student from repeating the same lessons from year to year. Elementary cycles from 1st – 4th grade, and Middle School cycles from 5th – 8th grade.
Add a Decoding Solution for early readers
We desire to add an early-reader tier to our curriculum that supports Prek – 1st grade students who are learning phonics and are beginner readers.
Add a Decoding Solution for Older Students
Sometimes older students still need help learning phonics and decoding, but are embarrased to use books and resources used with younger children. We desire to create decoding support that considers the the unique needs of older children.
Add Summer Enrichment
Create a 6-week summer enrichment curriculum for tutors to use that improves retention for students and minimize the “summer slide” – loss of learning that’s common during summer breaks.
